Call for Bids: Furniture and Equipment for the TUMAINI Project Training Centre in Bukavu

Panzi Foundation invites bids for the supply, delivery, installation and assembly of furniture and equipment for its new R+3 Training Centre in Bukavu for our Tumani project. The centre will support the project’s training, research, knowledge-transfer and institutional capacity-building activities.

What we are looking for

Bidders are invited to submit a complete administrative, technical and financial offer in accordance with the bidding documents. All proposed equipment must be:

new and durable
suited to the building’s spaces
compliant with the minimum specifications provided
accompanied by detailed technical data sheets

Alternative offers

Alternatives are accepted provided they are clearly identified, fully documented, and equal or superior to the minimum specifications. No alternative will be accepted without the Buyer’s prior written approval.

Deadline and submission

Offers must be received no later than 1 October 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Bukavu local time, either:

in a sealed envelope, placed in the mailbox at the gatehouse of Fondation Panzi, Avenue Jean Miruho, No. 024, Panzi neighbourhood, Ibanda commune, Bukavu, DR Congo; or
by email to adordc@panzi.org
