(刚果民主共和国布卡武）潘奇医院和基金会的创始人丹尼斯-穆克韦格博士就非洲、中东和欧洲面临的难民和移民危机发表了以下声明。
"如果那些逃离不稳定、不安全、暴力或战争的人知道他们可以在自己的国家建立自己的梦想，他们就不会进行这些危险的穿越。领导人和民间社会必须共同努力，帮助改善生活质量，以及我们与其他国家的关系"。
