刚果（金）政府拒绝向潘西-美国发放旅行签证

在我们与Panzi医院和刚果民主共和国Panzi基金会的合作中，我们为刚果东部的民兵和其他不良行为者实施的强奸的幸存者提供支持。 

由丹尼斯-穆克维格博士和李安-德鲁斯博士于2010年共同创立的美国潘西组织安排了一个代表团参加2017年5月在南基伍省布卡武举行的合作伙伴会议。这次访问将标志着De Reus博士对Panzi设施的第十次访问。我们的执行董事托尼-甘比诺（Tony Gambino）自1979年以来一直以多种身份定期前往刚果民主共和国（DRC），包括在金沙萨担任美国国际开发署的任务主任三年。

继续违反刚果宪法的卡比拉政府拒绝向李安-德鲁斯博士和托尼-甘比诺发放旅行签证。

德鲁斯博士表示。 "随着Panzi模式继续显示出临床进展以及对家庭和社会的益处，我们与我们的同事一起走过每一步。记录Panzi的成功，以及他们如何克服冲突地区的许多挑战，对我们的工作至关重要。"

卡比拉总统和他的政府不能通过拒绝美国人的旅行签证来压制我们的同事和许多希望自由和公平选举的刚果人的声音。卡比拉总统已经远远超出了他的宪法授权。拒绝给我们的团队发放签证，只能证实刚果的民主空间和人道主义空间正在关闭。

执行主任托尼-甘比诺指出。"这是卡比拉政府可悲地堕落为蔑视所有体面和尊重人道主义规范的独裁者的又一个明显例子。"
