Panzi Youth Ambassador Program
Become a Leader for Change
The Panzi Youth Ambassador Program is your opportunity to step up, take action, and become a voice for survivors of sexual and gender-based violence. If you’re a passionate young person between the ages of 18 and 26, and you’re ready to make an impact, we want you to join us in raising awareness and advocating for the rights and dignity of survivors around the world.
As a Panzi Youth Ambassador, you will learn from global leaders, build a network of like-minded peers, and gain real-world experience in advocacy, international development, and fundraising. Whether you’re just starting your journey as an advocate or have been involved in activism for years, this program will empower you to become a champion for justice and gender equality.

Benefits of Becoming a Panzi Youth Ambassador
Networking with Global Leaders
You’ll have the chance to learn directly from experts who are on the front lines of the fight to end gender-based violence. Gain insights into women’s empowerment, survivor support, and bottom-up international development approaches that are transforming communities.
Exclusive Access to Events
Youth Ambassadors are invited to US-based fundraising events organized by Panzi, where you can connect with Panzi's leadership, partners, and advocates. These events are a great opportunity to broaden your network and learn how major events and campaigns can help drive change.
Global Community of Advocates
As part of the Panzi Youth Ambassador network, you’ll meet and collaborate with other young leaders from around the world who are equally committed to advancing gender justice and supporting survivors of sexual violence. Together, you’ll be part of a powerful global movement.
Fundraising & Awareness Challenges
Youth Ambassadors will engage in exciting challenges that aim to raise awareness and critical funds for Panzi’s work. These challenges are not only fun and impactful but also give you the chance to develop essential advocacy skills, such as public speaking, social media outreach, and campaign building.
A One-on-One Meeting with Dr. Denis Mukwege!
As an added incentive, Youth Ambassadors will have the unique opportunity to earn a one-on-one meeting with Dr. Denis Mukwege, 2018 Nobel Peace Prize laureate and founder of Panzi Hospital. This exclusive experience is a powerful way to learn from one of the world’s most courageous humanitarians.
