Our Brand Partners
We are fortunate to work with socially-conscious companies and partners to develop merchandise and campaigns designed to raise awareness on rape as a weapon of war, and support survivors on their healing journey. We’ve worked with everyone from clothing companies to coffee co-ops, and are always willing to explore the possibilities with other organizations looking to do-good through a collaboration.
Spotlight Partners
Congo Clothing Company – Congo Clothing Company uses fashion as an advocacy tool. Their patterns are reminiscent of the Kuba Kingdom — a 17th century kingdom that was based in the Southeastern part of today’s Democratic Republic of Congo where women were famous for their artistic use of geometric patterns. They believe in skills-based financial freedom. Building on Panzi Hospital’s sewing training program, they donate a sewing machine to survivors of sexual violence after they are discharged from Panzi’s job-skills training programs for each jean jacket purchased.
Equal Exchange – Equal Exchange partners with SOPACDI, a cooperative of Congolese coffee farmers that are served by Bulenga Hospital, one of our One Stop Centers. For every bag of coffee sold, Equal Exchange donates $2 to Panzi Foundation to support initiatives at Bulenga. This partnership has a two-fold impact: in restoring the local economy from the ground up, and in helping survivors of sexual violence seeking holistic care.
